Here are the three steps to VIU's hiring process:
Step 1: Apply
Check out our current openings, and once you've identified an opportunity that fits your skills, submit your profile/resume online. Following your submission, a member of our recruitment team will review your credentials against the requirements for the role for which you've applied. You will then be contacted regarding next steps.

Step 2: Interview
At VIU, we offer various options for interviewing during the hiring process. Depending on the role, lcoation, and timeliness, we may schedule an interview with you via telephone, Skype, or through a traditional in-person interview.
Step 3: Offer & Onboarding
Individuals who we have determined best meet the standards and qualifications for a role will receive an offer from Human Resources. Candidates will have 48 hours to make a decision, at which point they will receive additional information about the onboarding process.
The time it takes to fill a position can vary based on many different factors - some completely unrelated to you and your application. For this reason, it's important that job seekers remain patient if there is no status change after applying. All candidates will be contacted regarding their application at some point.
